What if I don't see the product for my car listed? Contact us! For many of the custom products, such as our custom-built steering wheels, we cannot list all makes/manufacturers/models of wheels we offer, so we only have a small sampling shown on our site to give you an idea of the exceptional craftsmanship and extensive customization options you have available to you at TesEx Customs!

Changing/Cancelling an order: Within the first 24 hours after an order has been submitted, orders can changed/cancelled. If it is beyond the first 24-hour period after an order has been submitted, there will be a 10% cancellation fee for cancelled orders. 

Over-Sized Items: At TesEx Customs, we strive to provide FREE shipping included for all orders greater than $95 USD for most products; however, for some large/over-sized products, (Ex. Full Side Skirts, Rear Diffusers, Front Lips/Splitters, Hoods, etc.) there may be additional shipping fees charged, as shown in your cart/order.

Customized Products: Custom-built products (Ex. Custom Steering Wheels) are not returnable, as they are built to your specifications based on your order; therefore, designed just for you. If there is an issue with the wheel, (Ex. Damaged in shipment) please contact us for post-sale support so we can assist.

Shipping: Custom-built products, such as custom-built steering wheels, take time to manufacture and build to your design/specs, then ship direct from our overseas warehouse to you. Standard times for this process is ~4-6 weeks. For most other carbon fiber pieces, these ship direct from our overseas warehouse, and can take 3-4 weeks, depending on shipping.
